The newly upgraded model, compared to traditional oil analyzers that require sampling followed by qualitative measurement, offers faster results and immediate data acquisition. Most molecular functional groups can absorb infrared light, enabling qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation of internal components through the absorption and conversion of spectral energy. The oil content analyzer operates on this fundamental principle, utilizing infrared spectrophotometry. By performing spectral scans on samples, it displays and prints the sample spectrum and the wavenumber positions of absorption peaks, allowing rapid and accurate measurement of the total oil concentration in water.

Integrated Optical System

Long-Life Light Source

Infrared Pulsed Light Source
Utilizing advanced technology, the product incorporates a broad-frequency modulated infrared pulsed light source. With high signal frequency and selective amplification, the signal output remains unaffected by stray light. The absence of mechanical chopping components simplifies the instrument structure and improves reliability.
Precision Stepper Motor-Controlled Grating
Equipped with a precision stepper motor for grating control, it features wavelength correction functionality, high wavelength accuracy, and excellent repeatability.
